Area Sales Manager - Modular Kitchen (2-4 yrs)

Panasonic is looking for a competitive Area Sales Representative to develop sales strategies and attract new clients. Sales managers will be reporting to Business Head and work with sales team by providing guidance, training and mentor ship, helps team achieve sales quotas and goals, work as per the sales plans, analyzing data, assigning sales territories and building their team.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :
MALE candidate preferred
2-4 years experience in Modular Kitchen Industry
Industry Type : Architecture, Home Interiors,Home furnishing & appliances
Educational Qualification: Graduate. MBA - Marketing/Sales would be an added advantage.
- Having excellent network of Architect/Interiors/Builders
- Should be ready to travel; Percentage of travel: 50%
Salary: - 55,000.00 to - 65,000.00 /month
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
- Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
- Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
