Job Description :
- To drive brand growth within the Modern Trade and GI channel.
- Develop in-store visibility plans and follow-up & Drive to achieve timely & effective implementation.
- Manage relationships with all existing Modern Trade and Government accounts, placement of products on planogram, setting MBQ's
- Ensure good store level product exposure/placement and lead a team of merchandisers & promoters to drive visibility and off takes through the modern trade and Canteen outlets
- Negotiate around TOTs, work within allocated promotional cost and ensure effective spending in driving sales and brand building
- Manage Accounts receivables, Responsible for debt collection and resolve all long outstanding debts
- Resolve customer's trade issues, complaints and operational matters
- To provide inputs to sales and marketing by learning from consumer buying behaviors in MT stores.
Working Days : 6 Days a Week
