Area Sales Manager - Loan (1-2 yrs)
RESPONSIBILITY
- Achieve forecasted sales goals
- Manage the sales pipeline and source leads
- Plan and execute sales activities that will ensure sales growth objectives.
- Meet customers (responsive, schedule conscious, etc) and maintain relationship
- Provide forecasts, reports, marketing intelligence, and information
- End to end loan sourcing and documentation(filled up application form, KYC verification & Documentation
- Handle a team consisting of 4-5 members.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1+ years of sales experience, preferably channel sales
- Prior experience in 2W Loan will be advantageous
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Solid knowledge of Sales management and b2b sales pipeline management
