Position : Area Sales Manager
Location : Delhi, Jaipur, Jodhpur, Lucknow, Alwar
CTC: Up to 4 to 6.5 LPA+ Incentives+ Bonus
Roles and Responsibilities :
- The team of Sales Manager will be responsible for the Recruitment of Team (Life Insurance Advisors) from own social and professional network.
- Monitor the day-to-day activity, planning & execution of Agency team.
- Identify; Recruit potential Insurance Advisors
- Ensuring agents are motivated and building a long-term connect between the agents and the company.
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
- Building relationships of trust with the team and the clients.
- Implement and adhere to the Need-Based Selling Model.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Any Bachelor Degree
- 3+ year experience in sale and marketing in any field
- Age between 24 to 40
- Minimum one year of work experience in sales profile.
- Ability to lead a sales team.
- Good communication, selling and negotiation skills
