Job Description :
- Develop sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth .
- Develop and manage an efficient distribution network .
- Manage the sales team for sales growth and revenue enhancement.
- Coordinate with State Head to enhance sales performance.
- Maintain relationship with existing customers for repeat business.
- Conduct business plan review meetings with sales team.
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
