- We are looking for an Area Sales Manager/ Assistant Manager to expand ourcustomer base and achieve sales quotas for specific districts of our company.

- Sells products by maintaining and expanding customer base

- Having good relationships in distributor channels

- Proven work experience as a Sales Manager, Assistant Manager, Area Manager or similar senior sales role

- Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)

- Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team

- Our ideal candidates combine excellent communication skills with a strategic mindset.

- Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude

- Availability to travel as needed

- EPABX, Landline, IT Peripherals, Networking and CCTV Sales experience for 2-3 Years.

Area Sales Manager Job Responsibilities:

- Achieves regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; resolving problems determining regional sales system improvements implementing change.

- Meets regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.


- Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in support of national objectives.

- Maintains and expands customer base by counseling district sales representatives building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities.

- Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors.

- Implements trade promotions by publishing, tracking, and evaluating trade spending.

- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks.

- Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

- Managing a sales team in order to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate-set goals

- Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals

- Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility

- Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth

- Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions

- Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition

- Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction
