Area Sales Manager - IT (2-6 yrs)
Role and Responsibilities :
- Communicating with customers and helping in providing sales
- Handling escalation cases
- Demonstrated ability and comfort working in a start-up environment with an agile team, fast-evolving roles and responsibilities, variable workload, and tight deadlines with a high degree of autonomy
- Achieving targets and building a team
- Making daily achievement reports of the team
- Participating in the design of call monitoring formats and quality standards
- Overseeing staff members and ensuring the accurate and timely invoicing of customers
- Helping the company in other roles as well
- Setting payment collection goals and targets for the department
- Creating and implementing a strategy to improve the collection of the team
- Implementing collection policies and procedures to avoid excessive outstanding credit
- Ensuring that the company policy on recoveries is followed and that it is in line with state and federal regulations
- Implementing deadlines for invoicing and payment collection
- Negotiating with customers in cases when non-payment occurs
- Preparing monthly feedback reports on payment collections
- Remaining informed of any legislative procedural training regarding debt collection
- Training and mentoring staff members in the Sales department
Candidate Qualifications :
Graduate in MBA/CFA
Females preferred
- Experience with accounting software and knowledge of MS Office, Google Docs and Google sheets (preferred)

- Excellent analytical skills and an eye for detail
- Outstanding leadership and managerial skills
- Strong time and people management skills
- Ability to work to strict deadlines
- Good verbal and written communication skills
