Roles and Responsibilities :
- Monitoring sales targets and providing updates as needed.
- Work as a team leader. Motivate and connect your team members. Achieve your goal with the help of your team.
- Identify & recruit the right quality advisors to build a strong advisor bas
- The team of Sales Manager will be responsible for the Recruitment of Team (Life Insurance Advisors) from own social and professional network. Implement and adhere to the Need-Based Selling Model to market additional insurance products.
- Concentrate on managing the sales team, expanding geographically, and controlling the spread.working on the ground to attract the most customers
- Employ, educate, inspire, and counsel a group of sales agents
