Area Sales Manager - Insurance (3-5 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Build long relationships with customers by contacting them to follow up on products.
- Consistently seek new product knowledge to act as an expert for the customer.
- Provide all the needed information on promoted products and services.
- Achieving the monthly sales targets, assigned to him/her, for various products and services.
- Conduct face-to-face / online meetings and sales presentations.
- Provide sales assistance to existing and new customers.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Qualification : Graduation Required
- Experience : Minimum 3+ years experience in the sales field and banking/insurance
- Package : up to 4 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
- Candidate must be Local to the same city
- Aptitude in presentation and public speaking
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
