Area Sales Manager - Insurance (3-10 yrs)
Job Description :
We're searching for highly driven individuals with Fresher and Sales skills who have the ability to interact with people and work outside of their homes.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Recruit & and activate team to generate business
- Identify and explore potential growth area in allocated business portfolio and promote cross selling.
- Monitor and ensure business retention. For renewal policy, ensure all policies are renewed other than decline risk.
- Manage and follow up with agents on all outstanding claims on monthly basis.
- Conduct product training to agents.
- Guiding Marketing Assistant to train new agents and handling some daily routine jobs.
- Develop and execute business and marketing plans for assigned distributors
Desired Candidate profile :
- Bachelor's in any stream
- Field sales: 2 years in any sales or marketing
- Age: 22- 38 years
- Marketing and sales skills
- Customer Orientation
- Communication Skills
- Multitasking and Time Management Skills.
