Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Key Sales Manager to drive growth and revenue in the agency vertical of our insurance business.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement sales strategy to meet and satisfy business revenue targets.
- Create and keep connections with agency important decision-makers, such as owners, leaders, and businesses.
- To drive a new business's growth, identify completely new partners from agencies and implement outreach.
- Work together with multiple departments to ensure that new agency partnerships are successfully implemented and adopted.
- Manage and mentor sales staff to meet sales objectives as well as targets.
- To frequently improve sales plans and techniques, fulfil an eye on changes to the industry, rival activity, and market opportunities.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- A minimum of 3 years of field sales or BFSI experience, is required.
- Proven historical record of hitting and more than sales goals.
- Strong relationships. and communicative skills, as well as an ability to establish and keep relationships with key constituencies.
- Great team leadership and supervision abilities.
- In a fast-paced environment, a capacity to work both privately and together is required.
CTC : Up to 400000/- as per annum
