Job Title : Area Sales Manager - Insurance Agency

Job Summary :

- The Area Sales Manager for the Insurance Agency is responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals in a designated area to achieve sales targets, expand the customer base, and increase revenue. The role involves overseeing the sales activities of insurance agents and ensuring they follow the company's sales strategies and policies.

Responsibilities :

- In order to meet revenue and sales targets in the assigned area, lead and manage a group of insurance agents.

- Create and put into action a sales plan or strategy to boost revenue, develop the clientele, or grab more market share.

- To reach sales goals, track and analyse sales data to spot trends, opportunities, and areas for development. Then take the necessary action.

- To improve their performance, sales abilities, and product knowledge, offer the sales staff coaching, training, and assistance.

- To help the team reach its individual and team goals, conduct routine performance evaluations, set sales targets, and offer feedback and direction.

- Establish and preserve connections with important partners, including brokers, insurance companies, and other stakeholders, to improve the company's market position.

- Ensure that all company policies and procedures are followed.

Qualifications :

- A bachelor's degree in any field.

- 3 years of field sales and marketing experience.

- Successful track record of hitting sales goals and fostering business expansion.

- Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire, grow, and coach a sales team.

- Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities to establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

- Enough familiarity with insurance products, market trends, and industry laws.

- Capacity for data-driven decision-making and sales data analysis.

- The capacity to operate in a fast-paced atmosphere and a results-oriented mindset.

- High standards for morality, professionalism, and honesty.

Salary : Up to 400000/- as per annum
