Job Roles and Duties:
- Recruitment and Management of Financial Agents and Advisors from open Markets
- Train and motivate advisors to present a better knowledge of the market/ products. Counselor and review the agent's achievement.
- Achieve Sales goals by using a channel Sales strategy
- Regularly visit the clients for achieving standard execution of Sales Strategy increase market reach.
- Seek new customers and Increase Sales key performance Indicator: Recruitment of Advisors
Who can Apply?
- Graduation in any Stream
- Mini. 2 to 3 Years experience in Sales and Marketing
- Excellent in Communication
