Area Sales Manager - Insurance (2-6 yrs)
The perfect candidate will be in the position of creating our sales and marketing strategy, forecasting reports, and sales pipeline. You will then monitor our sales performance in order to increase our company's market share. When coordinating with external distributors and internal sales and marketing teams, your collaborative nature will help you succeed.

- Recruit, hire, and train new Sales Agents
- Creating new business connections
- Conduct market research to evaluate gaps, opportunities, and alien needs
- Find prospects and leads
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree in any Stream
- Mini. 1 to 2 Years in the Banking/insurance sector
- Excellent leadership skills
- Strong verbal and written communicator.
