Area Sales Manager - Insurance (2-6 yrs)
We are looking for an Area Sales Manager to assist in the development of a business by identifying new business prospects and selling products to them.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Examine prospects and their position in the industry to identify business opportunities; research and analyze sales choices.
- Make connections with prospects, build relationships with them, and recommend things to them to sell.
- Deal with customers or objections as well as negotiate and conclude deals.
- Establishing and implementing customer profile
- Meeting monthly, weekly, and daily sales targets.
- Being present during sales team meetings.
- Gathers summarizes, and analyses data to provide reports.
Candidate Profile:
- Must have a Bachelor's degree.
- 1 or 2 years of experience in banking or insurance
- Someone who appreciates a challenge
- You should be between the ages of 24 and 40.
