Experience : Min. 2 years in sales/marketing in BFSI
CTC : Upto 4.0 + High Incentives +Performance Bonus+ Other Benefits.
Channel : Agency/Direct/Banca
Pay Roll : On Roll
Work Timing : 9 AM- 6 PM
Roles and Duties:
- Accomplishes department objectives by managing staff; planning and evaluating department activities.
- Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- To find prospective leads and determine there needs.
- Develops personal growth opportunities.
- To maintain day to day cold calling, presentations to clients/customers.
- To build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors.
