Area Sales Manager - Insurance (2-5 yrs)

Accountability:
- Arranging field trips to proactively identify people who could be interested in acting as the company's agents or distributors.
- Giving complete overviews of the duties and tasks that come with being an agent.
- Showcasing the advantages and chances to persuade and inspire interested parties to become agents.
- Establishing trusting bonds with prospective distributors and agents to support long-term collaborations.
- Assist newly hired agents with the onboarding procedure.
Requirements :
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in field sales or marketing, preferably in Sales, Banking, Finance, NBFC, Insurance, or Investment sectors.
- Graduate degree in any discipline.
- Residing in the local area.
Age between 21 to 28 years.
