Roles and responsibilities:
- Identifying and implementing revenue-boosting sales techniques finding new market niches and potential clients
- Creating and overseeing sales projections and budgets
- Keeping an eye on sales statistics and performing routine sales assessments
- Overseeing a sales team recruiting, developing, and inspiring salespeople
- To maximize sales efficiency, set and track individual and group performance goals and offer direction, coaching, and support.
