Area Sales Manager - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- During recruitment, pitch potential advisors on a work opportunity; hire and train competent advisors; ensure advisers receive proper training on the product, regulations, and other selling inputs.
- Monitoring and assessing daily activity tracking advisors' efficacy
- Offering advisers motivation and training tailored to their requirements in order to keep the advisors who are working well while giving ordinary performers extra consideration.
- By accompanying the advisers to client appointments, provide product and hands-on training.
- Pointing them in the direction of the sales funnel and revenue targets.
- Charged with driving revenue and accomplishing organizational objectives.
Candidate Profile :
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in banking goods and services.
- Experience in customer service and sales.
- Strong organizing and problem-solving abilities.
