Area Sales Manager - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities:
- Meet your targets and those of the area team as a whole efficient running of the of the area
- Contribute to training and development of the area team
- Achieve maximum profitability and growth in accordance with organization plans
- Manage recruitment of team members, subject to agreed criteria
- Manage training and appraisal of individual team members to ensure targets are met
- Direct and manage performance and development of team members
- Reporting (content and format as agreed) on a regular basis to Line Manager and Account Managers
- Developing plans for area sales activities to include sales strategy to achieve agreed targets, effective search for leads/prospects, identify opportunities to penetrate new markets
