Area Sales Manager -Insurance (2-5 yrs)
- We are currently looking for Area Sales Manager with experience in marketing and field sales. Your responsibility as a business development manager will be to maximize sales of the company's goods and services while maintaining an easy sales process.
Responsibilities :
- Search for advisors and business associates.
- Set up the trainings for regulations.
- Manage choreography on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Hold daily, weekly, and monthly meetings for business partners.
- A monthly goal-setting process that considers income.
- Teamwork field work with business partners and consultants to find insurance policy.
Desired Candidate profile :
- Any Graduate.
- 2+ Years of Experience in Sales and Marketing.
- Age : 21 to 37 years.
- Local candidate is preferable.
- Good communication skills.
