Area Sales Manager - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
We are searching for a driven and results-oriented Area Sales Manager to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in expanding our distribution network.
Key Performers
- Generate and qualify leads through research, and networking.
- Identify sales opportunities and develop strategies to secure new clients
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customer
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies
- Present and demonstrate insurance products to potential customers
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
Key skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
- Motivational leadership skills
- Previous experience in field sales or related areas.
- Effective leadership and management capabilities
Candidate Info
- A minimum of 2-4 years experience in field sales or an equivalent role is necessary
- A bachelor's degree is required for this position.
- A bike and a valid license are required.
