Area Sales Manager - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
A strategic thinker and devoted Area Sales Manager is needed to join our Insurance Department.
Responsibilities and roles :
- Team of Sales Manager will be responsible for the Recruitment of Team (Life Insurance Advisors) from own social and professional network.
- Building relationships of trust with the team and the clients.
- Focus on sales Team Management, Geographical coverage & manage the spread.
- Generate leads in the open market.
- Hire, train, motivate and advise a team of sales representatives
- On-field work to reach the maximum customer
- Work on opportunities of cross-selling and upselling
CTC : 2.50 To 4.50 LPA + Incentive + Other benefit
Experience: Minimum 2 years in Sales and Marketing
