Job Description :
- Lead a team that prioritises results and is in charge of managing the profitability of the Cluster.
- Ensuring excellent customer service and successful network relationship management
- Conduct recurring strategic reviews of the assigned locations' business portfolio.
- To achieve a high level of performance, define and put in place the required strategies and procedures.
- Work together with other departments to make sure the sales staff has the resources they need to expand their clientele and hit their goals.
- Create leads through engaging in a variety of activities, such as seminars, deployments, and local participation.
- Addressing client inquiries to assist.
- Increase the effectiveness of the sales team by determining the training requirements and ensuring that the training is delivered.
- Maintaining a high standard of morality in accordance with Niyogin's beliefs and values.
- Cost management.
