Area Sales Manager - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities :
- Regularly review sales data and create reports for senior officers.
- Business intelligence systems can be used to provide marketing and sales professionals with sales information. Visit businesses in a particular area to connect with and supervise sales employees there.
- Review the sales policies, and update the curriculum and rules as appropriate.
- Look into strategies to increase sales by identifying which sales initiatives are effective and which ones aren't.
- Keep in touch with your regional sales staff frequently to encourage cooperation.
- To acquire feedback and sales intelligence, organise and chair sales meetings.
- Interviewing, training, and other onboarding processes with new sales personnel as necessary
- A master's degree in business administration (MBA), marketing, or a related field might be preferred.
