Area Sales Manager - Insurance (2-3 yrs)
We are looking for a high-performing Area Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative
Responsibilities :
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Hire, train, motivate, and advise a team of sales representatives
- Recruitment of potential financial advisors and Leaders.
- Work on opportunities of cross-selling and upselling
- Manage the month-end and year-end close processes
- On-field work to reach the maximum customer
Desired Candidate Profile :
Qualification: Graduate / MBA
Experience: 1 to 4 years of Sales & Marketing
Age: Minimum 21 Years - Maximum 38 Years
- Two Wheeler Required
