Area Sales Manager - Insurance (2-3 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities :
- Responsible for achieving revenue targets (quarterly, annual) for the assigned product/business.
- Responsible for effective stock planning and inventory management for the assigned product/business.
- Drive on-time collections from channel partners and ensure pay-outs to the channel partners are processed on time.
- Manage relationships with vendor representatives and channel partners for the assigned product/business.
- Responsible for MIS, reports generation, documentation and compliance for the assigned product/business.
- Providing guidance, support, and training to sales team members within the area
- Monitoring and analyzing sales performance, and providing regular reports on sales activity and performance to management
