Responsibilities :
- Responsible for Monthly and yearly Targets.
- Responsible to Spot Talented Insurance Advisor & Recruiter them to sale the policies.
- Responsible to-liaise with the agency head to make sure that all function in place.
- Responsible to sales and sales after services to wards the advisor and clients.
- Responsible for to train the advisor and also go around making joint calls to sale high value insurance policies.
- Organized road show sand lead generation activity and other regents to increased sale.
- Responsible to motivate advisor to beagle to sale the insurance policy sand stay connected for along period.
- Responsible to arrange advisor meet for prize distribution, new product up dation, talk about their growth and address the issues for resolution if any.
Skills :
- Bachelor in business administration, marketing or a related field
- Two or more years' experience in customer service, sales or a related position
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lead and work within a team
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities
