Job Title : Area Sales Manager

Job Summary :

The Area Sales Manager - Agency Channel is responsible for managing and overseeing the sales and distribution operations of a particular region for the agency channel.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and carry out a sales strategy to meet business goals in the designated territory.

- Recruit, train, and handle a team of agents with the objective of ensuring that they meet their sales goals.

- Maintain developing partnerships with agents, customers, and stakeholders.

- Conduct market study to provide senior management with feedback on current market conditions, competition, and opportunities.

- Analyse sales data and establish action plans to correct any issues or performance gaps.

- Ensure that all company guidelines and rules, including legal requirements, are followed.

- To maximise profitability, monitor and manage the quantity of inventory, sales promotions, and price.

- Provide the management team with regular overviews and updates on the success of sales, market trends, and agent performance.

Requirements :

- The bachelor's degree in any field.

- At least 3 years of field sales management or BFSI experience.

- A proven history of over sales goals and directing a sales team

- Strong leadership, interaction, and relationship skills

- Perfect capacity for analysis and problem-solving

- Capability to work individually and manage numerous things at the same time

- Capability to make the trek extensively within the area designated

Salary : Up to 4.00 LPA + Incentives
