We are looking for Area Sales Manager Agency managers supervise and coordinate all aspects of an agency. They work with agents and clients to ensure that targets are met, relevant policies and guidelines.
Roles:
- Evaluating current agencies- performance and developing action plans to improve performance
- Examining market research data to identify new business development opportunities or to expand existing business relationships
- Working with management to create strategies for hiring, training, and managing an advertising staff.
- Creating a strategic plan for the agency's growth based on research and analysis of industry trends and competition.
- Creating presentations and proposals for potential clients to identify new business opportunities
- Client satisfaction is monitored through regular meetings with clients to discuss ongoing projects and future plans.
- Coordination of marketing campaigns through the creation of advertisements, brochures, direct mail pieces, and so on.
Required :
- 3+ years in sales in insurance only
- Graduation complete in any field
