Job Description :
- The person is expected to contribute effectively in establishing the channel, driving growth and geographic expansion of the channel.
- Responsible for recruitment and management of Advisors.
- Support and motivate the team providing better understanding of market/products.
- Delivering the sales target assigned.
- Meeting existing customers on a regular basis for achieving service standards.
Desire Candidates :
- Candidate must have 2 years of experience in sales (preferably General insurance, health Insurance, Life Insurance, BFSI).
- Graduation complete in any stream
CTC : Up to 4.00 LPA + Incentives + On roll + Other benefits
