We are looking for sales professionals for India's leading Insurance Company
Roles and Responsibilities
- Recruiting team of freelancers
- Training and developing team on commission basis.
- Supervise the activity of all team members
- Conduct weekly performance review with Sales team
- Processes and Agency channel management
- After the successful completion of training you will be required to meet your sales target by recruiting, managing and driving a team of financial consultants.
Required:
Age: below 38
Education: min graduation
Experience: 2 to 4 years in the Sales
