Area Sales Manager - Insurance (1-6 yrs)
We are looking for a reliable and qualified candidate to join our Sales team as an Area Sales Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting in hiring and training of new employees
- Driving the team and setting clear targets to ensure recruitment training and development of agents.
- Goal achievement & Campaigning
- Preparing sales reports monthly.
- On-field work to reach the maximum customer
- Focus on sales Team Management, Geographical coverage & manage the spread
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in field sales.
- Graduation from a recognized university.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Knowledge of the banking and financial services industry
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
Compensation:
Competitive Salary: INR 2.75 to 3.75 LPA
