Area Sales Manager - Insurance (1-4 yrs)
As an Area Sales Manager, You will be crucial in supporting our agency channel's expansion and success.
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide needed support and training to our financial advisors and individual advisors.
- Make sure they understand our insurance products, sales methods, and customer service standards completely.
- Monitor the sales performance of the sales advisor team within the agency channel. Keep track of their targets, achievements, and conversion rates.
- Identify areas where additional support or training may be required to help financial advisors meet - their goals.
- Regularly engage with them to understand their needs, challenges, and feedback.
- Stay updated on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies.
- Work closely with financial advisors to ensure a high rate of policy renewals and customer retention.
Desired Candidates Profile :
Qualification : Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Experience : Minimum 1 to 5 Years in Field Sales and Marketing in the BFSI, Insurance, FMCG, Pharma, Telecom, or Investment domain
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse clients
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
