Area Sales Manager - Insurance (1-3 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Recruit, train agents and generate business through them in the assigned region.
- Training motivating and driving these certified (agents) to sell Insurance
- Meeting with perspective customers with FCs to sell insurance solution.
- providing pre & post sales Support
- Ensuring quality of business
- Manage daily, weekly and monthly choreography
- Build and maintain relationship with customer
Required Candidate profile :
- Graduation in any stream
- Local candidate required
Experience : 1 to 3 years in sales & marketing
- Good leadership and management skill
- Communication skill
- Great networking abilities
Job Types : Full-time, Regular / Permanent
CTC : Up to 3.50 Lakh
Age : 21 to 38
