Description :

- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading our sales operations within a designated region.

- In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with both existing and potential clients.


- The Area Sales Manager will play a crucial role in driving business growth and increasing market share.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned region

- Manage and lead a team of Sales Representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure individual and team success

- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify areas of opportunity and develop effective sales strategies

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, fostering loyalty and trust

- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns and promotions

- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to the senior management team

Requirements :

- Candidates with a background in handling the sales of Industrial paints, welding industry(equipments, abrasives, safety products), powder coating paints, painting equipments, Adhesives, powdercoating equipments, Touchup paints (industrial).

- Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the Manufacturing Industry

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a sales team

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions

- Knowledge of sales and marketing principles, including market research and analysis

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

CTC: 10 to 16 LPA
