Key Responsibility Area

1. Achieve annual sales targets for the territory assigned.

2. Maintain and increase sales volume of ice cream products in the assigned territory.

3. Develop and implement customer-specific strategies to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.

4. Manage customer relationships and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.

5. Identify and develop new business opportunities for sales growth.

6. Prepare sales reports and presentations for management.

7. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive advantage.

8. Negotiate contracts with customers and suppliers.

9. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the industry.

10. Coordinate promotional activities and trade shows

Strategy

1. Offer Discounts and Free Samples: Offer discounts and free samples to restaurants to encourage them to try your ice cream. This will give them the opportunity to experience the product before committing to a purchase.

2. Develop a Custom Ice Cream Menu: Develop a custom ice cream menu for restaurants that highlight the variety of flavors and toppings you offer.

3. Create a Brand Ambassador Program: Create a brand ambassador program that rewards restaurants for recommending your ice cream to their customers. This will help spread the word about your product.
