Position - Area Sales Manager - HORECA

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Handle B2B sales to various 5 star Hotels, Restaurants,Industrial Caterers and Hospitality sector clients.

- Regular calls and periodic meetings with clients to share product portfolio and understand changing or additional needs in tune with current market

- To increase the profitability of the organization through Proactive Client Servicing and increasing basket size of clients.

- Timely Account Reconciliation and ensuring timely payments from clients.

- Addressing customer complaints and concerns and resolving them to achieve customer satisfaction and in turn customer delight

- Track Revenue Growth for TOP customers cluster wise

- Responsible for managing the entire customer base registered in the region and increase revenue per customer, reduce revenue leakages, ensure high customer satisfaction level.

- Defining and Maintaining Credit Control Process across the cluster/ territory allocated

- Keep track on Account Receivables

- SMNE Management

- Overall Adherence to Business Rules, HR Policies/Practices and meeting guidelines issued from HO from time to time.

Basic Qualification:

Any Graduate, MBA/PGDM - Marketing or Hotel Industry.

Experience Needed:

Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Horeca in FMCG/Food/Beverages products sales.

Industry - Only Food industry

Skill Sets Required:

- Candidates must have a highly motivated and pleasing personality.

- Capable of hands-on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions.

- Ability to use your own initiative and pay close attention to detail.

- Ability to cope with work pressure and to prioritize tasks.

- Strong communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- A positive attitude to dealing with people.
