Key Responsibilities :
- Meeting Business and Revenue Budgets.
- Managing channel partners.
- Monthly Reporting of Proposal pending for processing.
- Handling market related work pertaining to deposit mobilization.
- Lead and manage a team of home loan sales professionals in a designated area.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, real estate professionals, and stakeholders.
- Meeting targets and act actively to promote the home loan products.
- Ensure compliance with lending policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management.
- Monitor and report on sales performance using key metrics.
- Stay updated on home loan products and market trends.
- Provide coaching and support to the sales team.
- Drive customer satisfaction through excellent service.
