- Getting Balance confirmation from business partner every month.

- Increase company product market share in the region.

- Build team and motivate them for high performance.

- To provide market information and feedback on competitor schemes /meets (like retailer/dealers/ builders/architects/electrician).

- Preparing Weekly and Monthly reports and Target plans for monthly, quarterly, half yearly, yearly and sending same to RSM/BU Heads.
