Job Description :
To provide leadership to Gold Loan Business of the Area; lead assigned Sales Team and achieve the Sales Target. Identify and utilize opportunities to cross sell other products of the bank
(a) Achieving Sales Target :
- Making Joint sales call with BDEs/ Sales Team
- Help branches to plan and conduct Customer meets
- Timely intervention ensuring sales quality and sales target and repeat business
- Visit at branches to analyse the service quality and recommend remedial measures.
(b) Sales Planning :
- Assist BDE/Sales Team in chalking sales / marketing strategies for the locality / locality
- Coordinate with cross functional/ other vertical business departments to facilitate business by branches
- Assist Regional Sales Manager in planning and organizing Sales/ Marketing events in Branch locations
- Establish sales reporting mechanisms as per company standards
- Take active role in recruiting and inducting BDEs/ Sales Team.
- Conducting periodic performance reviews with BDEs.
- Evaluation of performance vis--vis the competitors of the locality
(c) Achieving Operational Efficiency :
- Follow up with branches on compliance of internal audit matters, monitor
- Minimise customer complaints.
- Maintain liaison with Regional Sales Manager/ Area Manager/ Departments in Zonal/ Head Office for speedy resolution of problems faced by branches.
Experience : 7 to 12 years
Annual CTC : Rupees 5,00,000 to 8,00,000
Locations : Bangalore,Coimbatore,Chennai & Delhi
