Job Profile :
Regular Market visit & making cold call in order to generate leads
- To plan successfully implement NEW launchings and trade promotions to strengthen the brand
- Monitoring competitor activities and providing inputs for fine tuning to the selling and marketing strategies
- Ensuring maximum customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & quality norms
- Maintaining merchandising Norms in the outlet and training merchandise - making healthy follow-up in order to convert leads into sales
- Building and maintaining healthy business relations with major clients
- Responsible for counter share from the key clients
- Identifying New COMPANIES where potential and opportunity is there for business growth
- Responsible for collecting payments from market
- Responsible for achieving the sales targets
- Must Have knowledge of Ghee Division
- Experience must in Dairy Industry
- Decent communication skills
