- As an Area Sales Manager- General Trade, you will be responsible for Primary & Secondary Sales and achieving business numbers for every month.

What you will do :

- Managing daily field operations effectively, Personal market work, ensuring new outlets are opened as per company's growth plans and SFA rollout.

- Execution of trade inputs, Competition tracking and analysis

- Planning of SO territory, Beat Plans and PJP

- Supervision of Sales Officer performance and Communicating with SO and Distributors for future business plans considering big picture

- Responsible for tracking Productivity metrics of Sales Officers, managing and improving their performance.

- Responsible for recruitment of sales officers, training, coaching and motivating them

- Management of Channel Partners, Distributors, Super-Stockiest, Sub-Stockiest and SFA

- Responsible for ROI Management, Key customer satisfaction and Retention

- Building and improving infrastructure of distributor funds/distributor manpower/distribution units

- Being responsible for Market Hygiene Management, customer-centric and Grievance handling

- Helping Distributors to plan for stocks and getting orders executed from CFA on time

What you need to have :

- Graduate/ Post Graduate in any discipline with MBA

- Minimum 4-5 years experience in Distribution/ Trade Channel Sales

- Prior Exposure and experience in the regional market is a must

- Strong business orientation and acumen

- High Interpersonal, communication and execution skills
