It has its corporate head office in Bangalore. It has presence across the globe like: USA, UK, Poland, Switzerland, Russia, China, Vietnam etc.

Job Role :

- This position will overlook the retail sales contribution through the Modern Trade & General Trade channel in Tamil Nadu & Kerala state.

- Handling sales through distributors to MT & GT retail accounts like Big Bazaar, Spar, ABRL, Spencer's etc. and local independent self-service stores (GT).

- Handling value and volume sales for entire portfolio of IPPL products - On1y Range.

- Negotiation and generation of PO's from local buying managers thru team or self. Servicing of PO's in coordination with supply chain for Stocks

- Ensuring 100% fill rates by managing stocks at distributors and right forecasting.

- Managing listing in local key accounts, running of monthly promotions in all accounts as per directions from RSM.

- Reconciliation of local sales promotions budgets/ Invoices with coordination from RSM & commercials.

- Handling Trade Activation like in store merchandising, new launches, Visibility and Promotions conducted at the account level.

- Handling Third party team comprising of Promoters and supervisors at the outlet level for merchandising and offtakes of products.

- Analysis and studying competitors on timely basis.

- Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.

- Reaching the targets and goals set for your area.

- Monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to reach targets
