Area Sales Manager - FMCG/ Snacks/ Dry Fruits (3-10 yrs)
Job Role - Sales Manager for Delhi Region and ASMs for Delhi-NCR & Rewari.
- Experienced in Channel Sales for Food Segment in FMCG Industry.
- Making new Distributors and wholesaler.
- Maintaining and increasing sales of company's products mainly in Namkeen & Dry Fruits Segment.
- Managing team of sales representative.
- Making daily reports and sharing it with reporting head.
- Appointing new distributors in assigned geographical area and assuring the targets are timely completed.
- Proper follow up with SOL/SR and Distributors.
- Setting sales targets for individual reps and your team as a whole
- Compiling and analyzing sales figures.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Preferable: Graduate or MBA in Sales & Marketing
- Must have 4 - 10 years of experience in Food Products and minimum 3 years in Namkeen, Dryfruits Snacks.
