1) Primary and Secondary Sales Target Achievement.
2) Should be handling large no of team and distributors in General Trade, Also ability to work on Modern Trade.
3) Hands on experience on FMCG preferably in the foods and confectionery space.
4) Volume Growth.
5) Ensure distribution in width & depth.
6) Appointment and Development of Team Members -ISR & DBSM.
7) Very Good Market working Knowledge.
8) Good and effective Communicator & Skillful Negotiator.
9) Should be analytical and good in Tracking basic sales reports.
