Job Responsibilities :
- Responsible for Primary & secondary sales of distributors
- Responsible to make sure that all the SO/PSR are working as per beat plan.
- Appointment of distributor in the alloted territory as per the coverage plan.
- Maintain inventory at distributors as per norm
- Achieve sales target for entire team as per ABP
- Reporting daily primary & daily secondary to the sales head.
- Reporting sales head on weekly/monthly basis as per given format.
- Check on competitors activity & report the same to sales head.
- Impact on field training & in house training to all PSR/SO.
