Area Sales Manager - FMCG (8-14 yrs)
Salary : 30000 - 60000 PF & ESIC + Incentive
Shift : 10:00 am - 7:00 pm Sunday Off
Qualification : Graduation
- 8 years of experience as Sales Team Handling in FMCG sector Only
- Should have recent Team handling exp of SO, appointing distributors, forecasting sales.
- Should be able to handle entire territory.
- Age : 22 - 45 yrs
- Male mandatory
- Fluent Hindi
- Candidate should be flexible to travel from one city to another.
Job Description :
- Responsible for driving volumes, distribution targets and people objectives in the assigned territory- .
- Managing Distributors/ Super Distributor.
- Managing wholesalers /SRO/large traders Distributor Appointment and Management and Credit Management
- Recruit, coach, retain DSMs/SR/SO
- Ensure physical availability of fresh stocks in the assigned territory
- Ensure displays as planned
- Distribution growth as targeted.
