Area Sales Manager - FMCG (8-10 yrs)
Our Client is a FMCG, having its own state of the art plant at Nashik for agro-products, being the largest exporters of grapes and seasonal fruits to Europe & UAE. The Company is in an expansion mode and are also launching new products like Tomato Ketchup and Jams (without preservatives, with Italian technology) and want to expand aggressively in the domestic sector, initially in the western sector, namely Mumbai, Pune & Nagpur. We are looking for smart and dynamic 'Area Sales Managers' having good communication and commercial acumen for these respective regions :
The ASMs would be responsible for :
- Maintaining and increasing sales of products, Reaching the targets and goals set for area
- Establishing distribution channel
- Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market,
- Setting sales targets for individual reps and team as a whole
- Monitoring team's performance and motivating them to reach targets
- Allocating areas to- sales officers, Compiling and analysing sales figures
- Developing sales strategies and setting targets, Market research
- Keeping up to date with products and competitors
Qualifications :
- MBA Marketing/ Graduate
- Leadership Qualities
- Market Research Capability
Experience : The candidates should have relevant experience in FMCG (branded/ non branded) of minimum 8-10 years
