Area Sales Manager - FMCG (7-12 yrs)
AREA SALES MANAGER - TANJORE
Purpose: - Kumbakonam, Tiruvarur, Nagapattinam Urban and Rural markets are Strong competition markets (Tata Tea with their Brands Chakra Gold and Agni)
The purpose of appointing the candidate is to grab market share from the Competition. And also to suitably replace our existing Manager whose contract has already ended and is in extension.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Area Development
- Increasing the Availability and Visibility of AVT Brands,
- Getting the Objectives of the Company achieved through a set of Sales force and through their Distributors.
- Managing the manpower in his area
- Handling Channel partners and motivate them to achieve the primary and secondary Targets
Qualification: Basic Degree GRADUATION/ MBA
Age (Minimum & Maximum) 35- 42 Years
Linguistic Skills Proficiency in Tamil & English
Experience (Minimum & Maximum) 7 - 12 years - Minimum of 5 years worked in Managerial Level or similar designation
Nativity Preference if any. Should have worked at least 10 Years exclusively handling Tanjore districts
Knowledge - Functional: FMCG, preferably Hot Beverages, Tea and Coffee
Key Skill Sets - Channel Management GT, HTS, Initiative, Result orientation, Team building, Man management skills
Behavioral/Leadership : Aggressive, Go Getter & Problem solver,
Critical Exposure if any. Must have min 7-12 years- experience in FMCG.
SALARY: 7 lakhs to 10 lakhs (CTC)
